Some of my pattern paks include ‘Window Covering’ in the title. This came about when I gave my friend Laurie one of the wall hangings. She had a bedroom that had a view of the neighbour’s garage. She already had a roller blind in the window, but then she added a tension rod inside the window frame and put curtain claw clips on the rod from which she hung the wall hanging. With the roller blind up, there was still about 5 inches of uncovered window on each side of the wall hanging which let in plenty of light. The wall hanging looked fantastic in the window and it co-ordinated with her bedroom décor.
